CELES GF refrigerating units are designed to cool industrial equipment producing heat that can be water dissipated. They allow evacuating losses of a power typically below 100 kW.
Fives Celes units offer:
A full recirculation of the cooling water without needs for industrial cooling water
A constant cooling water flow
A constant water temperature
They avoid scale deposit as the piping and the components in stainless steel circulate pure water (demineralized or deionized). Fives Celes is not a chiller. The refrigerating fluid R134 has been selected for its ability to work at medium temperature. The water temperature is set at 20¨C in order to eliminate all condensation hazards for the powered electrical components.The design is compact ready to install.
CELES GF include:
A leak proof motor-compressor set with an air cooled condenser, axial fans, a coaxial evaporator, and pressure switches.
A water system with a stainless steel tank, an evaporator, and a circulating pump
An electrical cabinet
The size of the refrigerating units ranges from 4kW to 35kW for the compact design and from 50kW to 80kW for the high power design. In the later design the condenser can be installed remotely. The thermal losses are then evacuated outside the building.
