Purolator Courier Ltd., is Canada’s largest overnight courier company. To help Purolator meet its continued growth, Cinetic Sorting has designed and installed a package handling system that is the most efficient and technologically advanced hub in Canada. This 160,000 square foot facility is located strategically in St. Laurent, Québec to provide optimal access in serving the entire Purolator provincal and nationwide distribution network. The automated sorting system features two Cinetic Sorting SBIR MD-W cross belt sorters and has the ability to process up to 24,000 pieces conveyable freight per hour. The sorting hub is designed to accommodate future growth with the modular addition of unload doors and induction lines to process up to 30,000 pph.
