Novaflam Burner 2009: Fives Pillard was awarded a contract by SINOMA for Dangote for the supply of combustion equipment meant to equip the OBJANA cement plant in Nigeria. The contract consists of a complete set of equipment for natural gas supply to the burners (pressure reducing station and valve trains) and the heavy fuel oil preparation system (storage, pumping, heating and valve trains). It also includes a new Novaflam® burner as well as 4 precalciner burners.

Fives Cement

 

The Egyptian company Beni Suef Cement Co, set up by Titan, the biggest Greek cement manufacturer, entrusted Fives FCB with the turnkey supply of a 4,000 tpd cement plant. Located at Beni Suef, about 120 kilometres from Cairo, Egypt, this second production line was commissioned by the end of 2009 and is now running at full capacity.

 

Holcim Apasco renewed their confidence by entrusting Fives FCB with the construction of a complete Greenfield cement plant with a capacity of 3,500 tpd, in Mexico. This plant is due to be commissioned by the end of the first semester 2010.
