Low-NOx precalciner: "clean" technology with unrivalled performances

 

The new Low-NOx precalcining technology developed by the Fives Group offers cement manufacturers the possibility of increasing their production while cutting NOx emissions by more than 50%. Thanks to its staged combustion concept, the Low-NOx precalciner avoids the production of any NOx and, in many cases, makes it unnecessary to use urea injection systems. In addition, this precalciner allows extremely efficient combustion, so that plants can operate more smoothly and consume less energy.
