Each Group employee may aspire to change position and enhance his/her professional career. In order to meet the expectations of Fives’ staff, particularly expressed during annual appraisals or identified at Careers Management Committees (CEDRE), Fives has set up the Career Booster.

  

This program aims to:

 

Create opportunities for more regular meetings, in order to give employees the opportunity to discuss career development confidentially if they so wish.

 

Identify candidates for change and offer them positions which become available within the Group.
