The "starter meeting": After their first few months on the job, every new employee has a confidential interview with a representative of the human resources department of a different subsidiary. These meetings provide the Group insight as to the level of job satisfaction of the new recruit and allows to determine if there is anything which can be done to remedy any job dissatisfaction or unsuitability.

The annual appraisal review: as well as providing the most objective feedback possible concerning their contribution and details of their their manager’s expectations, the annual appraisal ireview gives employees an opportunity to express their opinions and expectations.
